A percentage (e.g., 10–50%) is taken to confirm the order, with the rest due before delivery.

Used in manufacturing, custom orders, and high-ticket B2B transactions.

1. Shipping Locations 

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom through our e-commerce platform. For orders to the EU or US, please contact us directly at shop@magicalmushroom.com, and we’ll be happy to assist with your requirements. 

2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

- Orders are normally processed within 24 Hours Monday to Saturday.

- We don’t process orders on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

- Samples are shipped by Royal Mail First Class tracked 24 hours, with the exception of - Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

- Carton orders are shipped the next business day with the exception of Weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

- Pallet orders are shipped the next business day with the exception of Weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

- Shipping timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. 

- Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout. 

3. Order Tracking

- Our parcels come with a tracking link in delivery dispatched email to track your order with the courier.

- Track your delivery either through our website or directly on the courier’s platform using the provided tracking details. 

4. Shipping Costs

Standard UK delivery is included in the product price with no hidden fees. For express or custom shipping options, please contact us directly. 

5. Mission Items

If you have an item missing from your delivery, please send an email with your name, order number and which items are missing to shop@magicalmushroom.com  

6. Returns

- If you need to return an item, please get in touch with shop@magicalmushroom.com and we will be able to assist you.

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be in sellable condition and returned at your own cost. When the return is approved by customer services, we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery.

- Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.

- Goods must be returned in the original packaging or if not available protective packaging must be used. Please try our sample sizes of these products first to make sure you are happy with the performance. 

7. Damaged Items

- Goods damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of delivery at shop@magicalmushroom.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

- We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution 

8.  Packaging & sustainability

We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly materials for shipping, reflecting our mission to protect the planet. Orders are carefully packed to ensure your Mushroom Packaging arrives safely and undamaged. Please recycle or compost our packaging responsibly after use.
